Defining You is currently looking for amazing therapists

Clinical therapists provide outpatient individual and group therapy to patients of Defining You, LLC.  Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are currently looking for counselors who work with children and adolescents, who are anti-racist, social justice minded, and ready to be a part of a fun, connected, and positive environment. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work; and

  • Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LLPC) in the State of Michigan.

  • Available to hold at least 15 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Defining You.

  • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.).

  • Current CAQH profile and approval as an in-network provider with BCBS (highly preferred).

  • Candidate will be employee status.
